Professional Golfer Faces Off With Trump, Immediately Reveals What Media Tried To Hide

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, professional golfer Brad Faxon was given the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hit the links with President Donald Trump, who celebrated Turkey Day at his luxury Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida. After playing a round of golf with the leader of the free world, Paxon was quick to reveal something which the media has been trying to hide about Trump ever since he was elected.

“After Turkey call, I will be heading over to Trump National Golf Club, Jupiter, to play golf (quickly) with Tiger Woods and Dustin Johnson,” Trump tweeted last week. “Then back to Mar-a-Lago for talks on bringing even more jobs and companies back to the USA!” he added.

Everyone knows Tiger Woods, and Johnson holds the number 1 spot in the Official World Golf Rankings, but there was another person lucky enough to be invited to the course with Trump that day who the president did not mention on Twitter.

Professional golfer Brad Faxon joined the all-star team, as well, after he was asked if he had any interest in playing with Trump and Woods. “Absolutely,” Faxon replied.

After Trump forgot to mention Faxon as part of the golf crew who played together over the Thanksgiving holiday, Faxon said, “I kind of busted his chops and said, ‘Hey, where’s the love? I thought you were going to tweet my name too!’ He laughed, and I told him I was trying to get up to 70,000 followers on Twitter.”

Then, Faxon added, “Trump immediately replied, ‘I have 158 million.’ He’s a fun guy to joke around with. You would think you’d have to tip-toe around a bit with the President, but he immediately puts you at ease.”

This, of course, flies in the face of the media narrative that Trump is some kind of pompous bigot. Nothing could be further from the truth, according to Faxon.

“The President was gracious and entertaining,” added the professional golfer. “He told some stories, things he loves about the job and things he doesn’t love. I think he was excited to be in that group and we had a lot of fun.”
